基于有限元法的正变位齿轮啮合特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 变化的啮合刚度将会导致振动,降低齿轮传动的稳定性。应用Abaqus通用分析步和隐式动力学分析步分别计算了采煤机截割部弹性和刚性齿轮副的啮合过程。在MATLAB中应用三坐标图分析齿轮副在整个啮合过程中的应力特点。计算得到了在不同啮合位置和时刻时的齿廓Mises应力。计算得出了齿轮副啮合过程中最大接触应力和最大Mises应力及其位置。分析得知,变化的啮合刚度造成了齿轮副静态啮合过程中角位移偏差波动,此外,从动齿轮转速的波动导致齿轮副动态啮合过程中角位移偏差有较大的波动。载荷的变化和啮合刚度的变化造成从动齿轮角速度偏差波动。研究结果为采煤机截割部齿轮设计和研究提供了方法和参考。 The changing of meshing stiffness will lead to vibration and reduce the stability of the gear drive.By using Abaqus general analysis step and implicit dynamic analysis step,the meshing process of elastic and rigid gear pair of shear cutting department are calculated respectively.In MATLAB,the three-coordinate plot is applied to analyze the stress characteristics of gear pair in the whole meshing process.The Mises stress of tooth profile at different meshing positions and moments are calculated.The maximum contact press,the maximum Mises stress and their positions during meshing are calculated.The results show that the varying meshing stiffness caused the angular displacement deviation fluctuation during the static meshing of gear pair,in addition,the fluctuation of driven gear angular velocity lead to larger fluctuation of angular displacement deviation during dynamic meshing of gear pair.The change of load and the change of meshing stiffness caused the fluctuation of angular velocity deviation of driven gear.The methods and references for gear design and research of shear cutting department are provided by this study.
