基于齿轮修形的变速器2挡齿轮啸叫分析及试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对某公司生产的双离合自动变速器2挡齿轮啸叫问题,利用Romax软件建立了变速器虚拟样机模型,在原有设计的微观参数修形仿真计算结果上,提出了A和B两种新的修形方案,使单位长度载荷及接触应力都集中在齿轮中心区域并且使得峰值传动误差(PPTE)最小。方案A是取消齿顶修缘,方案B是降低螺旋线倾斜偏差并给出调整范围,之后分别进行与原有设计相同的仿真计算,在方案B的调整范围的仿真计算结果中对比分析得出一组最优的齿轮综合修形参数Optimal B,与方案A形成对比。最后,结合整车NVH试验,验证方案A和Optimal B的修形优化结果。结果证明,Optimal B的修形效果比方案A好,使齿轮副21主阶次噪声水平有比较明显的降低,并且在驱动工况下主阶次噪声均控制在40 d B以下,最终解决了变速器2挡齿轮啸叫问题,较好地改善了汽车NVH性能。 Aiming at the problem of a company dual clutch automatic transmission 2nd gear whine,a virtual prototype model of the transmission is established by using Romax software.Based on the original simulation results of gear modification parameters,two new designs are proposed,plan A and B,to make sure per unit length load and contact stress concentrated in the center of the gear and the Peak to peak transmission error(PPTE)values are the minimum.The plan A is to cancel tooth tip relief,plan B is to reduce the helix slope deviation and given the adjustment range,and then the same simulation with the original is carried out.The optimal B is obtained by comparison and analysis of the simulation results of the adjustment range of plan B to be a comparison of plan A.Finally,the NVH experiment of the vehicle is carried out to verify the simulation results of plan A and optimal B.The verification results show that optimal B performs better than plan A by reducing the Sound pressure level(SPL)obviously and controlling the main order noise 40dB below under drive conditions through gear modification.The gear whine problem of transmission 2nd gear is solved eventually,the vehicle NVH performance is improved better.
