托拉塞米联合心脉隆注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者VEGF、BNP、NGAL、ICAM-1影响研究

Effects of torasemide combined with xinmailong injection on VEGF,BNP,NGAL and ICAM-1 in patients with chronic heart failure

目的:研究托拉塞米联合心脉隆注射液对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者VEGF、BNP、NGAL、ICAM-1的影响及其疗效研究。方法:选择120例CHF患者分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组仅采用托拉塞米联合心脉隆注射液进行治疗,对照组仅选择托拉塞米治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血清VEGF、BNP、NGAL、ICAM-1水平变化以及托拉塞米联合心脉隆注射液治疗CHF的疗效。结果:治疗组VEGF为(124.85±16.21)ng/L,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。而BNP为(124.85±26.21)pg/L、NGAL为(62.85±16.21)μg/L、ICAM-1为(51.75±14.53)μg/L,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。比较两组临床疗效发现治疗组治疗有效率为90%,高于对照组70%。结论:托拉塞米联合心脉隆注射液治疗CHF的治疗效果显著优于单独使用托拉塞米治疗,其血清VEGF、BNP、NGAL、ICAM-1等心功能指标也均有显著改善。

Objective:To study the effect of combined torasemide and Xinmailong injection on chronic heart failure(CHF)and plasma level of VEGF,BNP,NGAL,ICAM-1.Methods Divide 120 CHF patients into two groups with 60 patients each,trial group and control group.Trial group was treated with torasemide and Xinmailong injection,control group was treated with torasemide alone.Observe the change in the plasma level of VEGF,BNP,NGAL,ICAM-1.The efficacy of combined torasemide and Xinmailong injection was also studied.Results:The plasma level of VEGF in trial group was(124.85±16.21)ng/L,which was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The plasma level of BNP in trial group was(124.85±26.21)pg/L,the plasma level of NGAL in trial group was 62.85±16.21μg/L,the plasma level of ICAM-1 in trial group was(51.75±14.53)μg/L,which were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compare the efficacy of two groups,we found that the efficacy in trial group reached to 90%,which was higher than that in control group.Conclusion:Combined torasemide and Xinmailong injection show superior efficacy on CHF than torasemide alone,and also can improve some heart function parameters like VEGF,BNP,NGAL,ICAM-1.
