大株红景天注射液对不稳定性心绞痛患者血清ICAM-1及MMP-9水平的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察大株红景天注射液对不稳定性心绞痛患者血清细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的影响,探讨其治疗不稳定性心绞痛的可能机制。方法:将118例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组58例给予西医常规治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上加用大株红景天注射液治疗,每天1次,连续应用14d。观察两组患者心绞痛、心电图疗效及治疗前后血清ICAM-1和MMP-9水平变化。结果:治疗组治疗后心绞痛和心电图疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清ICAM-1和MMP-9水平与治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.05),观察组患者血清ICAM-1和MMP-9水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大株红景天注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效确切,其作用机制可能与降低患者血清ICAM-1和MMP-9水平,抑制炎症反应有关。 Objective:The aim of the present study was to observe the effect of Dazhu Hongjingtian injection on serum levels of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in patients with unstable angina pectoris and its possible mechanism.Methods:Eighty patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups:The control group(n=60)treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group(n=60)treated with routine treatment plus Dazhu Hongjingtian injection for 14 days.The effects of unstable angina pectoris and electrocardiogram curative were observed.The levels of serum ICAM-1 and MMP-9 were measured before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the effects of unstable angina pectoris and electrocardiogram curative in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum ICAM-1 and MMP-9 were significantly lower of the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).The levels of serum ICAM-1 and MMP-9 in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Dazhu Hongjingtian injection has effect in patients with unstable angina pectoris,which can reduce serum ICAM-1 and MMP-9 and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
