Preparation and Properties of N-hexadecanoyl Aspartic Acid and Its Sodium Salt

以十六酸、氯化亚砜和天冬氨酸为原料合成了N-十六酰基天冬氨酸及其钠盐,反应条件为:温度5℃,pH值为10~11,n(天冬氨酸)∶n(十六酰氯)=1. 1∶1. 0,时间4. 0 h,收率为81. 26%,产品纯度为95. 67%。性能研究表明:其具有优异的表面活性和钙皂分散性,尤其是在高硬水环境中,钙皂分散性尤为突出。

N-hexadecanoyl aspartic acid and its sodium salt is synthesized from hexadecanoic acid,thionyl chloride and aspartic acid.Its optimal synthesis conditions:temperature is 5℃,pH value is 10~11,n(aspartic acid)∶n(hexadecanoyl chloride)is 1.1∶1.0,reaction time is 4 h,the yield is 81.26%,the purity of the product is 95.67%.The performance research show that it has excellent surface activity and calcium soap dispersion property.Especially in the high hard water environment,the dispersity of calcium soap is particularly prominent.
