摘要 试验研究了利用钴盐合成橡胶硫化促进剂CBS的新工艺,结果表明:随着环己胺用量的增加,产物的纯度有显著提高,且反应速率也随之提高,n(环己胺)∶n(M)=1. 2时,目标产物纯度为98. 27%,收率98. 73%,为灰白色粉末;随着反应温度的升高反应速率随之增加,但是在反应温度> 40℃后反应速率提高的幅度极其有限。 A new process of synthesizing rubber vulcanization accelerator CBS with cobalt salt is studied.The results show that the purity of the product increased with the increasing of cyclohexamine,and the re action rate increases.When n(cyclohexamine)∶n(M)=1.2,the purity of the target product is 98.27%,the yield is 98.73%,and the reaction temperature is gray.The reaction rate increases with the increase of temperature.But the reaction rate increase is limited when temperature is higher than 40℃.
