高导热活性炭的制备及微波再生性能研究

摘要 以废弃纯棉布作为碳源,ZnCl_2为活化剂,膨胀石墨为导热材料制备了高导热复合活性炭。综合考察了活化温度、活化时间、膨胀石墨用量等工艺条件对所制备的复合活性炭的性能影响,确定了最佳制备工艺并考察了其微波再生性能。 A kind of new composite activated carbon with high thermal conductivity is prepared using waste pure cotton as carbon source,ZnCl 2 as activator,expanded graphite as heat conduction material.The effects of activated temperature,activation time and the amount of expanded graphite on the properties of the composite activated carbon are investigated comprehensively.The best preparation process is determined and its microwave regeneration is investigated.
