摘要
采用改进的BCR三步连续提取法对海南清澜港红树林湿地沉积物中6种重金属元素(Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,Cd和Pb)的赋存形态进行研究,采用潜在风险指数法和次生相与原生相分布比值法对重金属污染程度及潜在生态风险进行评价。结果表明,Cu以酸可提取态和可还原态为主;Zn以残渣态和弱酸可提取态以及可还原态为主;Cd的酸可提取态和Pb的可还原态占主导地位,具有较大的潜在生态风险;Cr和Ni以残渣态存在,对环境危害较小。沉积物中重金属的潜在风险评价表明,Cd污染及其生态风险性非常严重,Ni,Cu,Zn,Cr和Pb污染轻微;次生相与原生相分布比值法评价结果表明,研究区沉积物中Zn和Cd处于中度污染水平,具有较高生态风险,Cu和Pb达到轻度污染水平,Ni和Cr表现出无污染。综合以上两种评价方法可知,Cd是清澜港红树林湿地沉积物中污染程度较高的重金属,具有潜在生态风险,应引起重视。
Speciation characteristics of six heavy metals(Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,Cd and Pb)in sediments of mangrove wetland in Qing Lan Harbor were analyzed by BCR sequential extraction procedure,and the ecological risk of these heavy metals was assessed based on the rations secondary phase and primary phase(RSP)and potential ecological risk assessment.The results indicated that Cu was mainly in the acid soluble-extractable and reductive fractions;Zn was mainly in the acid soluble-extractable,reductive fractions and residual fractions;Cd was present at comparatively higher percentages in the acid extractable fractions and Pb relatively higher in the reductive fractions,meaning larger potential ecological risk;Cr and Ni were dominated by residual fractions,meaning they were less harmful to the environment.The potential ecological risk of heavy metals showed that the pollution degree and ecological risk of Cd was mostly serious among all these heavy metals in sediments and Ni,Cu,Zn,Pb and Cr were at a low potential risk level.The results of ratio of secondary phase to primary phase(RSP)assessment indicated that Zn and Cd were at moderate pollution level and havd high ecological risk,Cu and Pb reached mild pollution levels and Ni and Cr showed no pollution.Based on the above two evaluation methods,it was known that Cd was a heavy metal with high pollution degree in the sediments of Qinglan Harbor Mangrove Wetland,and so it had potential ecological risks and should be paid attention to.
