摘要
对新收获的小麦,入仓后在高温季节利用大风量轴流风机均衡粮温、水分,后期利用排风扇缓速通风降温并采取在粮面覆盖麻袋吸湿的方法控制粮堆表层结露。实仓实验结果表明:大风量轴流风机入仓后均衡粮温和水分可以有效地减轻后期秋冬季在机械通风中表层结露现象的产生,配合后期缓速通风形式和覆盖麻袋吸湿,可以有效地降低粮温并防止表层结露,操作简单方便,能够降低机械通风成本,具有一定实用价值。
Newly harvested wheat were selected for the test.Temperature and moisture of the wheat were uniformed by axial fan at a large flow rate after being warehoused.Exhaust fans were used to cool the wheat with slow speed,and sacks were used to cover the wheat pile in order to avoid moisture condensation on the surface of wheat pile.The results of the real warehouse test indicated that the uniformed grain temperature and moisture could reduce effectively the condensation on the surface of wheat pile during cooling and ventilation in winter.The method was simple and convenient to operate,with lower cost of mechanical ventilation,which was of practical value.
