抗战时期太行根据地的小学教育研究

Study on the Primary Education in Taihang Base Area during the Anti-Japanese War

全面抗战爆发之后,中共倡行以抗日救国为目标的教育方针和课程标准,用普及义务教育的形式广为宣传民族精神,以唤起全民族的抗战。1940年起,太行根据地在"教育正规化"方针指导下推行义务教育。至抗战胜利前夕,全区70%以上的适龄儿童得以入学。在普及教育过程中,中共以检定和鉴定的方式吸收了大批知识分子加入中共文教干部队伍,并通过政治学习和业务考察的方式改造了他们的世界观,进而通过他们在普及义务教育当中去宣达中共抗日救国的政治理念,实现小学教员、施教对象与中共政治的一致性。

After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese war,the CPC advocated the implementation of educational policies and curriculum standards to aim at resisting Japan and saving the nation,and widely publicized the national spirit in the form of universal compulsory education to arouse the nation’s resistance.The Taihang Base Area has implemented compulsory education under the guidance of the“Regularization of Education”policy since 1940,and 70%of school-age children in the Base Area have been able to enroll in schools on the eve of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.In the process of popularizing education,the CPC recruited a large number of intellectuals to join the ranks of CPC cultural and educational cadres by means of verification and appraisal,and transformed their outlook through political learning and business inspections.The CPC has achieved the consistency of primary school teachers,teaching objects and the CPC’s politics through their promotion of the CPC's political concept of resisting Japan and saving the nation in the popularization of compulsory education.
