1965年10月,安徽省首次参与对非洲经济援助。20世纪70—80年代,安徽省还承担了坦桑尼亚等国的经援项目,以多哥农技推广站、布隆迪布琼布拉联合纺织厂和贝宁洛科萨棉纺织厂三个成套项目最为典型。安徽省对非洲经济援助呈现出惠民性和协作性等特点。安徽省对非洲经援活动是中国对非洲经济援助有效性和延续性的例证,也是中国对非洲经济援助的重要成果之一,为中国对非洲援助政策提供参考;深化了安徽省与非洲受援国之间的联系,推动了安徽省对非洲经贸合作关系的发展,为新时期安徽省对非洲援助与合作打下基础。

In October 1965,Anhui Province participated in economic aid to Africa in the first time.Anhui Province also undertook a number of economic aid projects in Africa involving Tanzaniaetc in the period of 1970s and 1980s.There are three sets of most typical projects which are Togo’s Agricultural Technology Extension Station,COTEBU in Burundi and LITEX in Benin.There arefeatures of the benefit of the people and the cooperation,etc.Aid projects undertaken by Anhui Province have such effects as deepening the economic exchanges between Anhui Province and Africa,laying based on Anhui assistance and cooperation with Africa in the new period,and example of the effectiveness and continuity and one of the important achievements of Chinese economic aid to Africa,providing a reference to Chinese aid policy for Africa.
