甘氨酸亚铁和维生素A对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响 被引量:14

摘要 本试验旨在研究在无机铁基础上添加有机铁对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能和蛋品质的影响。试验选取42周龄"京红1号"蛋鸡540只,按照2×2双因子试验设计随机分为4个处理,每个处理9个重复,每个重复15只鸡。包括2个维生素A添加水平(2 500、8 500 IU/kg)和2个有机铁添加水平(0、33 mg/kg,来源甘氨酸亚铁)。结果表明:随着维生素A水平提高,蛋鸡各项生产性能指标差异不显著(P>0.05),除不合格蛋率外,其他生产性能指标甚至有变差的趋势;日粮中添加甘氨酸亚铁能显著降低日均采食量(P<0.05),对单枚蛋重、日均产蛋量有增加趋势;维生素A和甘氨酸亚铁交互作用对料蛋比有显著影响(P<0.05);维生素A添加量的增加能显著提高哈氏单位(P<0.05);添加甘氨酸亚铁后,蛋黄颜色显著降低(P<0.05),蛋壳强度、蛋壳重有上升趋势;维生素A和甘氨酸亚铁交互作用对蛋黄颜色有显著影响(P<0.05),对蛋壳重有显著影响趋势(P<0.10)。综合考虑,维生素A的适宜添加水平为8 500 IU/kg;在76 mg/kg无机铁日粮中进一步添加33 mg/kg有机铁(来源甘氨酸亚铁)可以显著降低采食量,改善料蛋比和蛋品质。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary vitamin A and ferrous bis-glycinate on performance and egg quality of laying hens.A total of 540 healthy jinghong laying hens were randomly divided into4 treatments with 9 replicates per treatment and 15 hens per replicate.The trial was designed for two-factor experiments and included two vitamin A supplementation levels(2 500,8 500 IU/kg)and two organic iron supplements(0,33 mg/kg,source of ferrous glycinate).The results showed that with the increase of vitamin A level,there was no significant difference in the indexes of production performance(P>0.05),except for unqualified egg rate,other production performance indexes even tended to deteriorate.Diets add ferrous bis-glycinate significant decrease feed efficiency ratio(FER)and average food intake(AFI)(P<0.05).And there have a increase trend in egg weight and egg mass.With the increase vitamin A,there have a significant increase in haunt unit(P<0.05).After addition of ferrous glycinate,the color of egg yolk decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the shell strength and egg shell weight tended to increase.Interaction effect between vitamin A and ferrous glycinate on egg yolk color had a significant effect(P<0.05).In conclusion,appropriate vitamin A supplemental level is 8 500 IU/kg,adding 33 mg/kg ferrous bis-glycinate at the based diet(76mg/kg inorganic iron)significantly decrease FI,FER and egg quality.
