摘要
2008年爆发的"三聚氰胺"事件对中国乳制品行业造成了恶劣的影响,此后十年,乳制品行业在震荡中发展,规模逐渐扩大。在此背景下,本文追溯了我国乳制品企业近十年的发展历史,并以蒙牛和伊利为例,对乳制品企业的发展现状进行分析,以此为基础,提出了乳制品企业未来应加快海外扩张、拓宽销售渠道以及加强产品营销的发展建议。
The melamine incident happened in 2008 had a serious influence on the domestic dairy industry.Within a decade,the dairy industry had developed in fluctuation and the scale of the industry was expanding.In this context,the paper reviews the historical evolution of the dairy industry.Taking Mengniu and Yili as the examples,the paper analyze the development of the dairy industry situations and put forward its developmental direction.Dairy enterprises should speed up the oversea expansion,enrich sales channels and strengthen the product marketing.
