摘要
针对现有输电线路覆冰监测手段存在的不足,开发了1种新型输电线路覆冰在线监测系统。该系统由高电位在线监测装置、低电位在线监测装置、自动气象站、传输网络及主站系统等组成,通过实时采集环境微气象数据、导线特征数据及线路走廊图像数据,计算出导线等值覆冰厚度;结合覆冰图像信息及现场微气象数据,实现对线路覆冰情况的预警。通过在某500 kV输电线路上实际应用,证明了该系统对输电线路覆冰监测预警的有效性。
In view of the shortcomings of existing transmission line icing detection methods,developed one kind of new online system,which consisted of the high-potential online monitoring device,the low-potential online monitoring device,the automatic weather station,the transmission network and the main station system.The system could collect micro-meteorological data,wire characteristic data,wire image and line corridor image in real time.By calculating the equivalent icing thickness of the wire,combined with the ice image information and the on-site micro-meteorological data,gave the icing monitoring and warning.Taking a 500 kV transmission line as a pilot,the effectiveness of the system for transmisson line icing monitoring was verified.
