660 MW汽轮机轴承振动故障原因分析及处理 被引量:6

摘要 某电厂660 MW汽轮机组在调试期间高压转子1号轴承振动出现异常。分析认为,在汽轮机组安装过程中,1号轴承顶部间隙偏大、轴承垫片与支座的接触面积不达标及液压盘车装置润滑油入口弯头处设备原带垫片未取出等问题是1号轴承振动大的主要原因。重新调整1号轴承安装数据,调整轴封系统及补汽阀运行方式后,机组振动异常问题得以解决。并提出在安装机组轴承时安装数据一定要满足要求、要认真检查各设备附件等预防措施。 During the commissioning of a 660 MW steam turbine unit in a power plant,abnormal vibration appeard on number one bearing of the high-pressure rotor.And the analysis showed,during installation process of the steam turbine unit,the main reasons for the vibration of number one bearing was number one bearing had large top clearance,the contact area between bearing gasket and support was not up to standard,the original belt gasket of the equipment at the lube inlet elbow of hydraulic truck device had not been taken out and so on.After adjusting the installation data of bearing number one,adjusting the shaft seal system and the operation mode of steam supplementary valve,the abnormal vibration problem of the unit was solved.It was pointed out that the installation data must meet the requirements and the equipment accessories should be carefully checked.
