摘要
为降低500 kV断路器瓷质套管爆炸后的危害,对一种瓷质套管用防爆破飞溅涂料开展分析,通过对涂敷防爆破飞溅涂料前、后试品的机械性能进行对比,并对瓷质套管爆炸后碎片的飞散轨迹进行理论计算,结合500 kV断路器瓷质套管爆破试验过程,验证了防爆破飞溅涂料对减小瓷质碎片动能、减少瓷质碎片数量起到了一定的作用,为瓷质套管防爆处理提出了合理措施和建议。
In order to reduce the harm of the casing explosion of 500 kV circuit breaker,this paper analysed a kind of porcelain casing with explosion proof spatter coating.Firstly,the mechanical properties of the samples before and after the application of explosion-proof splash coating were compared.Secondly,the flight trajectory of the fragments after the porcelain bushing was theoretically calculated.Finally,the blasting test process of the porcelain casing in the 500 kV circuit breaker was described,the results of the test were recorded and analyzed,reasonable measures and suggestions were put forward for explosion proof treatment of porcelain bushing.
