区域文化视阈下的安徽原创动漫人才建设研究

Research on the Construction of Animation Talents with Originality from the Perspective of Regional Culture in Anhui

"十二五"期间,安徽动漫的发展进入了快速发展的时期,但在原创动漫建设方面,距离国家和安徽省文化战略发展的要求还有相当距离。本文拟从安徽原创动漫人才培养大环境建设、地域文化对安徽原创动漫人才建设、单一技术制作型向原创动漫综合型人才培养转变等方面系统研究,以期研究符合安徽区域文化产业发展需要的原创动漫人才建设策略。

During the 12th“Five-Year-Plan”period,the development of Anhui animation has entered a period of rapid development,but in the construction of animation originality,there is still a considerable distance from the requirements of the national and Anhui cultural strategy development.This paper makes a systematic study on construction of Anhui animation originality talents training environment,regional culture to Anhui original animation talents construction,and the transformation of single skilled creators to comprehensive creative talents.The paper aims to study the construction strategy of original animation talents that meet the needs of the development of the cultural industry in Anhui.
