当前人类正在经历从旧时代向新时代转型的重大历史时期,这不仅表现在技术革命上,还包括整个世界的组织形式与秩序体系的构建上。简而言之,这是一个世界范围内,旧的世界体系被正在形成的新的世界体系逐渐替代的过程。传统上,旧的工业文明的世界体系集中表现为人类的分治竞合的特点,而新的时代将呈现出整体聚合、分散协同的特点。新的秩序体系有很多侧面,包括科技、经济、政治、社会等多个侧面。就整个体系而言,将改变传统上自工业时代人类社会长期以来形成的严密的世界等级体系,形成多元领导、协同聚合、表达各样的特点。人类将发觉一种在充分保存多样性下的共治形态。

The human society is experiencing the big changes from the old age to the new age.These are not only on technologies but also on organizational forms and social orders.In the other words,this is the process that new society takes the place of the old society.Traditionally,the old society in the world is based on the characteristics of separate governance with competition and corporation.In the new age,human society will have the nature which is both more integrated and separate.This nature will be showed in different aspects such in technological,economic,political,social ones.In sum,the old tight world system will be replaced by a new system with multi-leading,more-cooperation and more-diversity.
