介绍脉冲安培检测器–离子色谱仪的校准方法。脉冲安培检测器–离子色谱仪的校准主要包括泵流量设定值允许误差与稳定性、柱箱温度设定值允许误差与稳定性、仪器的基线噪声与漂移、仪器线性、定性与定量重复性和最小检测浓度。通过分析实验数据,当泵流量设定值允许误差在±2%之内、泵流量稳定性不大于2%、柱箱温度设定值允许误差±2℃之内,柱箱温度稳定性在1.0℃之内,基线噪声不大于0.5 mV,基线漂移不大于5 mV/(30min),仪器测量线性大于0.995,定性重复性不大于1.0%,定量重复性不大于3%,最小检测浓度不高于0.02μg/mL时,仪器的计量性能正常。据此对影响仪器性能的各个参数进行全面评价,确认各项性能指标控制在合理范围内,以保证脉冲安培检测器–离子色谱仪性能正常。

The calibration method of pulsed amperometric detector–ion chromatograph was introduced.The calibration of pulsed amperometric detector–ion chromatograph consiste of the pump flow allowable error and stability,oven temperature allowable error and stability,baseline noise and drift,measuring linearity,measuring repeatability and minimum detection concentration.According to the analysis of experimental datas,it was confirmed that the measurement performance of the influence instrument analysis results was normal when the allowable error of the pump flow was within±2%,the stability of the pump flow rate was not more than 2%,the allowable error of the oven temperature was within±2℃,and the oven temperature stability was within 1.0℃,the instrument baseline noise was not more than 0.5 mV,the baseline drift was not more than 5 mV/(30 min),the qualitative repeatability was not more than 1.0%,the quantitative repeatability was not greater than 3%,the linear of measurement was more than 0.995 and the minimum detection concentration was not more than 0.02μg/mL.According to the calibration method,all parameters could be evaluated comprehensively.On the basis of affecting all parameters of the instrument performance comprehensive evaluation,the performance of the instrument could be controlled within a reasonable range to ensure that the performance of the required pulsed amperometric detector–ion chromatograph is normal.
