日粮添加不同水平的脱毒漆树叶粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标及肠道菌群含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验研究脱毒漆树叶粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标及肠道菌群含量的影响。选取健康、产蛋率相近的50 w褐壳蛋鸡840只,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复42只。试验共设计4组日粮,对照组饲喂基础日粮(以玉米和豆粕为主)处理组在对照组基础上分别添加0.5、1.0和2.0 g/kg脱毒漆树叶粉,试验进行6周。结果显示:随着日粮脱毒漆树叶粉添加水平的升高,蛋鸡产蛋率显著线性升高(P<0.05),日粮脱毒漆树叶粉添加水平对蛋鸡采食量、蛋重和料蛋比无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮不同脱毒漆树叶粉对肝脏和腹脂的相对重量无显著影响(P>0.05)。蛋壳重量随日粮脱毒漆树叶粉添加水平的升高线性升高(P<0.05),但对蛋壳强度、哈夫单位、蛋黄颜色无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮脱毒漆树叶粉添加水平对血清GOT、GPT活力及胆固醇含量无显著影响(P>0.05),同时对肝脏胆固醇、甘油三酯和磷脂的含量也无显著影响(P>0.05)。但随着日粮脱毒漆树叶粉添加水平的增加,蛋黄胆固醇含量为线性降低(P<0.05)。随着日粮脱毒漆树叶粉添加水平的增加,盲肠乳酸杆菌含量线性增加(P<0.05),但对大肠杆菌和细菌总数无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果表明:在本试验条件下,日粮添加脱毒漆树叶粉可以显著提高产蛋率、蛋壳质量和盲肠中乳酸杆菌含量,降低蛋黄胆固醇含量。 This study was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary levels of detoxified lacquer tree sap(DLT)on laying performance,egg,serum biochemistry indices and intestinal microbe of laying hens.A total of 840 Hyline laying hens,50-wk-old,were randomly allocated into the 4 dietary groups with 5 replicates of 42 birds.The control diet was corn-soybean meal basal diet,while the trial diets were supplementation of 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 g/kg DLT into the basal diets,respectively.The main trial period lasted for 7 wk,including 1 wk adaptation period.Results showed that egg production increased(linear and quadratic,P<0.05)with increasing dietary DLT levels.There were no significant differences in feed intake and egg weight among treatments(P>0.05).The graded levels of dietary DLT increased(linear and quadratic,P<0.05)egg mass.The relative weights of liver and abdominal fat were not affected by the level of dietary DLT(P>0.05).Eggshell thickness was improved(linear,P<0.05)with increasing dietary DLT.However,yolk color,eggshell strength,and Haugh unit were not influenced by dietary treatments(P>0.05).Both glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(GOT)and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase activities(GPT),and total cholesterol in serum samples were not altered by dietary treatments(P>0.05).Dietary DLT failed to affect the contents of cholesterol,triacylglycerol and phospholipid in liver.However,the cholesterol contents in the egg yolks decreased(linear,P<0.05)with increasing concentration of dietary DLT.The supplemental DLT increased(linear,P<0.05)the population of cecal lactic acid bacteria,but did not affect the numbers of total and coliform bacteria(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary DLT improved egg production and eggshell quality in laying hens.The DLT increased the population of cecal lactic acid bacteria and lowered the cholesterol contents of the egg yolk.
