玉米秸秆替代苜蓿干草对育肥羔羊生长性能和屠宰性能的影响

Effect of replacement of alfalfa hay by corn stalks on growth and slaughter performance of finishing lambs

为探究用玉米秸秆替代苜蓿干草对育肥羔羊生长性能及屠宰性能的影响,本试验选择体重相近、年龄均衡的健康小尾寒羊40只,随机分为4组,每组10只,1个对照组,3个试验组,每只育肥羔羊为一个重复。对照组日粮是以苜蓿为主要纤维来源的混合型饲粮,试验组分别是以玉米秸秆替代40%、60%和80%的苜蓿干草。预饲期7 d,正式期70 d。试验期间育肥羔羊自由采食和饮水。试验结果表明,在生长性能方面,与对照组相比,将日粮中40%的苜蓿甘草替换为玉米秸秆育肥羔羊的日均采食量、日增重均有增加趋势,饲料转化率降低,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。屠宰性能方面,宰前活重、胴体重、净肉质量、肉骨比、胴体脂肪含量及眼肌面积均随饲粮中玉米秸秆替代量的增加呈先增加再降低的趋势;骨质量先降低后略有增加,40%玉米秸秆替代组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而屠宰率组间差异均不显著(P>0.05),40%和60%玉米秸秆替代组的净肉率、胴体净肉率均显著高于对照组和80%玉米秸秆替代组(P<0.05)。综上得知,用玉米秸秆替代育肥羔羊日粮中的苜蓿干草对其生长性能及屠宰性能有一定影响,最适宜的替代比例为40%。

In order to explore the effect of using corn stalk instead of fattening lamb feed on its growth performance and slaughter performance,40 healthy small-tailed Han sheep with similar body weight and age were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,10 in each group,each of which had 1 lamb.The control diet was a mixed diet with alfalfa as the main fiber source.The experimental group replaced 40%,60%and 80%of the hay hay full mixed diet with corn stover,respectively.The pre-feeding period is 7 days and the formal period is 70 days.The fattening lambs were free to eat and drink during the test.The results showed that in terms of growth performance,compared with the control group,40%of the licorice in the diet was replaced with corn stalk,and the daily average feed intake and daily gain of the fattening lambs increased,and the feed conversion rate decreased.There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).In terms of slaughter performance,pre-slaughter live weight,carcass weight,net meat quality,meat-bone ratio,carcass fat content and eye muscle area all increased first and then decreased with the increase of corn stover replacement in the diet;The quality decreased slightly after the first decrease,and the 40%corn stalk replacement group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),while the slaughter rate was not significantly different between the groups(P>0.05),40%and 60%corn stalk replacement group.The net meat rate and carcass net meat rate were significantly higher than the control group and 80%corn straw replacement group(P<0.05).In summary,the use of corn stalks instead of glutinous hay in the diet of fattening lambs will have a certain impact on its growth performance and slaughter performance,and the most suitable replacement ratio is 40%.
