乡村旅游发展中的耕地保护问题——以江西省为例

The problem of cultivated land protection in the development of rural tourism:taking Jiangxi Province as an example

从乡村旅游对乡村振兴的影响分析出发,以江西省为研究对象,阐述乡村旅游的发展对农村耕地的影响,讨论其发展所引致农村耕地保护的新问题,并提出应对措施。研究表明:尚未成熟的旅游开发模式,导致耕地属性遭到破坏;不合理的土地利用方式,导致耕地污染严重;地方政府和农民的利益诉求,导致耕地面积严重缩减。通过完善旅游用地监管制度、选择合理的土地利用方式、回应地方政府和农民利益诉求等措施,探索促进乡村旅游发展中的耕地保护路径。

Based on analysis of the influence of rural tourism on rural revitalization,this study takes Jiangxi Province as the research object,expounds the impact of rural tourism development on rural cultivated land,discusses the new problems caused by the development of rural cultivated land,and proposes countermeasures.Studies have shown that the immature tourism development model has led to destruction of cultivated land properties,unreasonable land use methods have led to serious pollution of cultivated land,and the interests of local governments and farmers have led to a serious reduction in cultivated land.Through improvement of the tourism land supervision system,selection of reasonable land use methods,response to local government and farmers'interests,and other measures,the study explores ways to promote the protection of cultivated land in rural tourism development.
