摘要 提出了基于贝塞尔曲线控制点多参数优化自由曲面透镜的方法,利用该方法设计了一款适用于LED扩展光源并能在目标平面内实现环形均匀照度分布的自由曲面透镜.利用光线追迹软件模拟该透镜的光学性能,结果表明,在距离光源1000 mm处的目标平面内,实现了外半径为2 000 mm、内半径为1000 mm的环形均匀照度分布,照度均匀度为0.91,光能利用率为0.80,即该透镜在实现高照度均匀度光分布的同时仍能保持较高的光能利用率. A design method of freeform surface lens based on the multi-parameter optimization of Bezier curve control points is proposed.With this method,a freeform surface lens with extended LED light source is designed to realize ring uniform illumination distribution on the target plane.The optical properties of the lens are simulated by using ray tracing software.The results show that a ring uniform illumination distribution with an outer radius of 2000 mm and an inner radius of 1000 mm is achieved on the target plane at a distance of 1000 mm from the light source,where the uniformity of illumination distribution is 0.91 and the luminous efficiency reaches 0.80.The lens can still ensure high luminous efficiency while achieving a highly uniform illumination distribution.
