轨道交通线路异物入侵的视觉检测方法 被引量:7

摘要 轨道交通线路异物入侵具有突发性、破坏力巨大等特征,对轨道交通安全运营构成巨大威胁,为行业一级防灾响应.针对目前国内外已经安装和使用的异物入侵检测装备存在的漏报与误报问题,提出一种基于机器视觉理论和仿射几何原理的异物入侵轨道交通线路检测方法,建立异物入侵检测系统模型,设计软硬件系统,并阐明异物入侵检测流程和策略.兰新铁路现场验证性试验结果表明:本文方法能自动测量异物的三维尺寸信息,并自动报警或预警,可全天候、实时、准确检测异物入侵轨道交通线路事件. Invading of railway lines by foreign matter happens suddenly and destructively,posing a great danger to the railway transit safety.Thus the foreign matter invasion issue should be given a first level disaster response in the rail transportation industry.A foreign matter invasion detection method for railway lines based on machine vision theory and affine geometry principle is proposed in this paper,which can solve the problem of missed reporting and false alarming caused by the current foreign matter detection equipment and technologies both at home and abroad.A model of foreign matter invasion detection system is established,its hardware and software systems are designed,and the foreign matter invasion detection process and strategy is described in detail.Results obtained from the full-scale test carried out in the Lanzhou-Xinjiang railway line using this detection method show that this system can detect invading foreign matter.Besides,and measure the three-dimensional information of the foreign matter and realize automatic alarming and warning.
