管控国家网络风险

Managing National Cyber Risk

互联网和信息通信技术的发展,使人们对数字生活的依赖逐渐加深,然而数字环境的脆弱性却没有减少。当前,管控国家网络风险已经成为国家政府、国际组织和学术社群的首要任务和巨大挑战。作者在文中介绍了各利益攸关方提出的框架,并从四个主要方面叙述了管控网络风险和网络就绪工作的主要内容和任务目标,突出了管控国家网络风险的工作重点,及其对社会经济发展的重大意义。

With the development of Internet and information and communication technology,people are becoming more and more dependent on digital life.However,the vulnerability of digital dependencies has not been reduced.At present,managing national cyber risk has become the primary task and great challenge for governments,international organizations and the academic community.In this paper,the author introduces the framework put forward by various stakeholders,describes four pillars of the content and objectives for managing cyber risk and cyber readiness,and highlights the key points of the work of managing national cyber risk and its great significance for social and economic development.
