摘要
以硝酸钠为外标物,建立了离子色谱法测定次磷酸钠、亚磷酸钠、磷酸钠的分析方法。色谱条件:色谱柱为DIONEX Ion PacAS23阴离子色谱柱(4mm×250mm),抑制器电流25m A,流动相:4.5m M Na_2CO_3/0.8m M NaHCO_3;流速1.0m L·min^(-1),进样体积25μL。测定结果表明,方法的检出限为2.63~8.32 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率为96.2%~101.5%,相对偏差为3.61%~4.14%。本方法简单快捷,准确度高,可用于次磷酸钠、阻燃剂次磷酸铝的生产品控。
An method for the determination of sodium hypophosphite,sodium phosphite and sodium phosphate by ion chromatography was established using sodium nitrate as external standard.Chromatographic conditions were:DIONEX IonPac?AS23 anion column(4mm×250mm),applied current 25mA;mobile phase was 4.5mM Na2CO3/0.8mM NaHCO3,flow rate 1.0mL/min,injection volume 25μL.Determination results showed:the detection limit was 2.63~8.32 mg/L,the average recovery was 96.2%~101.5%,RSD were 3.61%~4.14%.The method was simple,fast and accurate,and could be used for the quality control in production of sodium hypophosphite and flame retardant aluminum hypophosphite.
