甲基叔丁基醚-甲醇共沸物萃取精馏工艺的研究

摘要 运用化工过程模拟软件Aspen Plus,对甲基叔丁基醚-甲醇共沸物系的萃取精馏过程进行了模拟与优化。通过相对挥发度数据分析,筛选出合适的萃取剂二甲基亚砜。运用灵敏度分析工具确定了萃取精馏塔和萃取剂再生塔的最佳工艺参数,在此工艺条件下,甲基叔丁基醚的摩尔分数达99.95%,甲醇的摩尔分数也达到99.35%。 In this paper,the extractive distillation process of methyl tert-butyl ether-methanol azeotropic system was simulated and optimized by Aspen Plus.Through the analysis of relative volatilization,the suitable extractant was dimethyl sulfoxide.The optimum parameters of the extractive distillation column and the extractant regeneration tower were determined by the sensitivity analysis tool.Under the optimum conditions,the mole fraction of methyl tert-butyl ether reached 99.95%and the mole fraction of methanol reached 99.35%.
