摘要
对比了电偶对材料的自腐蚀电位和各自的极化曲线,以及同一阴阳极面积比下,偶接后的混合电位和电流密度,研究了09MnNiDR和不锈钢(316L、304冷轧板、304热轧板、201)电偶对在3.5%的Na Cl溶液中的电偶腐蚀特性。结果表明,09MnNiDR处于活化状态,4种不锈钢则比较稳定;不锈钢的自腐蚀电位高于09MnNiDR,偶接后不锈钢作为阴极被保护,而09MnNiDR作为阳极腐蚀加剧。电偶腐蚀效应的大小为:09MnNiDR/316L>09MnNiDR/201>09MnNiDR/304热轧板>09MnNiDR/304冷轧板。
By comparing the self-corrosion potential of the galvanic pair material,their respective polarization curves and the mixed potential and current density of the joint after the same cathode and anode area,the galvanic corrosion characteristics of 09MnNiDR and stainless steel(316L,304 cold rolled plate,304 hot rolled plate,201)couple in 3.5%NaCl solution were studied.The results showed that 09MnNiDR was in the activated state,the four kinds of stainless steel were relatively stable.The corrosion potential of stainless steel was higher than 09MnNiDR,stainless steel was used as a cathode after coupling,and 09MnNiDR as anode corrosion was intensified.The galvanic corrosion effect size were:09MnNiDR/316L>09MnNiDR/201>09MnNiDR/304 hot-rolled sheet>09MnNiDR/304 cold-rolled sheet.
