摘要
为在绿色、环保、高效和经济的前提下,提高混凝土的强度,改善施工和易性,本文对萘系减水剂现阶段研究及使用现状进行分析,然后对减水剂的功能原理与作用机理进行解析,最后通过实验分析了水泥混凝土中萘系减水剂掺加量对其强度、水胶比、凝结时间、坍落度、黏聚性和保水性的影响,研究表明,当萘系减水剂的添加量为粉体质量的1.6%~1.8%时,可以保证水泥混凝土具有较高的强度和良好施工性能。
In order to increase the strength of concrete and improve its construction workability by adding naphthalene water reduction agent in cement concrete,under the premise of green,environmental,efficient and economic applications,the present status of research on using the naphthalene water reduction agent was analyzed first.Then,the function principle and the action mechanism of the water reduction agent were studied.Finally,the effects of addition amount of the naphthalene water reduction agent in cement concrete on strength,water-binder ratio,setting time,slump,cohesiveness and water retention were investigated through carrying out experiments.The present research results show that,when the addition amount of the naphthalene water reduction agent is 1.6%to 1.8%of the cement powder mass,cement concrete having higher strength and better construction performance can be ensured.
