摘要
随着科技的进步、医学的发展,人工耳蜗技术日臻成熟,双侧重度至极重度感音神经性耳聋的患者不再满足于单侧人工耳蜗植入所带来的局限好处。为追求更好的听觉感受、更高的生活质量,越来越多的患者选择行双侧人工耳蜗植入。本文在回顾近年文献的基础上,就双侧人工耳蜗植入的发展历程、主要优势及目前存在的问题等方面进行综述。
With the advancement of science and development of medicine,the technology of cochlear implantation has increasingly become a matured therapy.Patients with severe to profound sensorineural hearing loss are no longer satisfied with the limited benefits of unilateral cochlear implantation.In pursuit of better auditory experience and higher quality of life,bilateral cochlear implantation is preferred by an increasing number of patients.This article,based on latest literature,reviews the history,main advantages and current problems of bilateral cochlear implantation.
