内耳药物递送的研究进展

Development of Drug Delivery to Inner Ear

近年来关于内耳药物递送的研究相继展开并取得了一定的成果,内耳药物的递送是将治疗药物通过相应途径输送至内耳靶细胞。目前的研究主要集中于药物给药途径和药物载体两个方面,前者包括全身给药、经中耳鼓室给药和内耳内直接给药,而经鼓室及内耳内直接给药是目前研究的热点;药物载体主要包括各种多聚物凝胶载体、纳米粒子载体、病毒载体等,后二者在内耳基因治疗中可将目的片段基因导入内耳。本文主要针对这两个方面的相关进展进行综述。

Recent studies concerning drug delivery into the inner ear are mainly focused on approaches and carriers.The former include systemic,intratympanic and intracochlear approaches with the latter two being more promising;whereas the latter involve polymer-gel,nanoparticles,viral vectors,etc.,of which nanoparticles and viral vectors are capable of carrying gene fragment to the inner ear for gene therapy.This review summarizes the development of studies on these two aspects in inner ear drug delivery.
