摘要
烧成带筒体温度过高,会出现挂窑皮困难、耐火砖寿命短、烧成带筒体过早失效、轮带下筒体出现缩颈、胀裂轮带等情况。因过渡带没有完好窑皮的保护,预分解窑过渡带筒体的温度也很高。为安全起见,水泥窑烧成带及过渡带筒体表面的温度均需要有效控制。"窑筒体高温点水雾冷却装置(HCHSU)"比喷水冷却、淋水冷却、风冷等具有更大的优越性,更加节能减排,更加环保,是水泥窑烧成带筒体冷却的最先进技术。轮带间隙风水结合自动控制装置在冀东水泥厂的实践说明,只用风冷就可控制住过渡带筒体的温度,基本上用不到水冷。
The overheating cylinder in burning zone would lead to hanging on kiln skin difficultly, short service life of refractory bricks, premature failure of the cylinder in burning zone, necking of the cylinder under the wheel belt,bursting the wheel belt, and so on. Because the impaired kiln skin could not absolutely protect the transition zone,the cylinder in the transition zone of the predecomposition kiln also have an excessive temperature.For the safe operation of the cement kiln, the temperature of the cement kiln burning zone and the cylinder surface of the transition zone should he controlled effectively. Water mist cooling device for high temperature point of the kiln cylinder presents greater superiorities than spray cooling,water cooling and air cooling in energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection, which is the most advanced cooling technology for the burning zone cylinder of cement kiln. The practice of the automatic cooling device combined water and air in the interval of the wheel belt in jidong Cement plant indicates that, the temperature of the transition zone cylinder could he controlled by using only air cooling.
