研究生的培养规模和培养质量是评价一所高校教学水平的重要评估指标。新疆艺术学院研究生教育从无到有,历经十余年的发展壮大,培养体系日渐成熟。其中,有成功的经验,也有不可回避的问题。在新疆艺术学院60周年校庆之际,回顾学院研究生教育的发展历程,对学院研究生教育的发展进行全面梳理,将对学院研究生教育今后的发展具有现实意义。

The training scale and quality of graduate students are important evaluation indicators for evaluating the teaching level of a college.The postgraduate education of Xinjiang college has grown from scratch,and after more than ten years of development and development,the training system has matured.Among them,there are successful experiences and unavoidable problems.On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Xinjiang University of the Arts,reviewing the development of postgraduate education in the college and comprehensively combing the development of postgraduate education have practical significance for the future development of postgraduate education.
