Analysis on the Current Situation and Development Strategy of the Department of Media in Xinjiang University of the Arts

本文介绍了新疆艺术学院传媒系的历史沿革与办学现状,利用SWOT分析法分析了传媒系的内部优势、劣势和外部的机会、威胁,据此制定出可供传媒系参考的三大策略:一、进一步明确专业定位,强化特色;二、积极展示人才培养成果;三、提升教师队伍建设,学历水平、教学与科研能力。

This paper introduces the history and the current situation of the media department of Xinjiang University of the Arts.It uses SWOT analysis to analyze the internal strengths,weaknesses and external opportunities and challenges of the media department,and develops three strategies for the media department.The first is to clarify running orientation and strengthen characteristics.The second is to actively display talent training results.The third is to improve the construction of teachers,academic level,teaching and research capabilities.
