文化艺术系下设文化产业管理、公共事业管理和艺术教育三个专业,承担着新疆艺术学院本科及研究生公共文化课教学,其办学目标是为新疆文化艺术人才构建良好的人文基础素养。

The Department of Culture and Art has three majors:cultural industry management,public service management and art education.It undertakes the teaching of public and cultural courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students of Xinjiang University of the Arts.Its goal is to build a good humanistic foundation for Xinjiang cultural and artistic talents.
