地方艺术类高校学报发展困境的现实问题与对策研究--以《新疆艺术学院学报》为例

Practical Problems and Countermeasures of the Development Dilemma of Journals of Local Art Colleges——Taking the Journal of Xinjiang University of the Arts as an Example

面对当前期刊的评价体系,我国地方艺术类高校学报的提升发展面临诸多困境,严重阻碍了院校学报的学术水平和良性发展,创新改革势在必行。各地方艺术类院校期刊在改革和创新的过程中,又必须面对地方社会经济发展的需要,坚守学术阵地、提高学术水平、扩大办刊影响力则显得捉襟见肘。本文从地方艺术类院校艺术类学报发展所面临的问题进行客观分析,试图提出一些相应的解决方案,以期能够为当下地方艺术类高校学报的发展寻求较好的突破途径。

Facing the evaluation system of current journals,the promotion and development of journals of local art universities in China face some difficulties,which hinders the benign development of academic journals,and innovation is inevitable.This paper analyzes the problems faced by the development of art journals in local art colleges and tries to provide corresponding solutions,in order to find a breakthrough for the development of journals of local art college.
