摘要 目的:探讨医用直线加速器及附属设备的维护管理办法,以期减少停机时长和损失。方法:分析各类型直线加速器及其附属设备的故障特点,以及可能增加停机时长的环节,提出相应的解决方案,优化工作流程。结果:设计基于停机时长的故障响应预案,用故障记录的累积来指导加速器的维护保养,制定故障响应预案。结论:医用直线加速器故障响应预案的实施让设备使用人员有效参与到加速器维护中,有利于科学管控和经验累积,逐渐降低停机损失。 Objective:To discuss the maintenance management method of medical linear accelerator(LINAC)and its auxiliary equipment so as to reduce the downtime and corresponding loss.Methods:Through analyzed the fault characteristics of LINAC and its auxiliary equipment,and the segment which may increase the downtime,to put forward the solutions and optimize working procedure.Results:A response plan about malfunction based on the downtime was designed,and the accumulation of fault records was used to guide the maintenance of LINAC.Conclusion:The implementation of response plan about malfunction of medical LINAC enables equipment users to participate in the maintenance of LINAC,which will contribute to scientifically manage and accumulate experiences,and reduce the loss of downtime gradually.
