无痛胃镜在老年患者检查中全程护理干预效果分析

Effect analysis on the whole-course nursing intervention in the examination of painless gastroscopy for elderly patient

目的:探讨老年患者行无痛胃镜检查中全程护理干预的效果。方法:选取100例无痛胃镜检查的老年患者,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组患者检查当日由护理人员全程护理,对照组患者采用常规护理。记录两组患者不良反应的发生情况;比较两组患者胃镜检查时呛咳、恶心、呕吐和流泪不良反应的发生率、患者对护理服务的满意度以及患者是否愿意接受无痛胃镜检查情况。结果:两组患者检查时不良反应发生率比较,观察组呛咳、恶心、呕吐和流泪不适症状发生率分别为2%、6%、4%和4%,对照组分别为22%、70%、64%和54%,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=9.47,x^2=43.46,x^2=40.11,x^2=30.35;P<0.01);观察组患者对护理服务的满意度为98%,明显好于对照组的76%,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=10.699,P<0.01);观察组愿意接受无痛胃镜检查的为76%,对照组愿意接受无痛胃镜检查的为28%,观察组明显多于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=23.08,P<0.01)。结论:老年患者行无痛胃镜检查时的全程护理干预,可减少患者不良反应的发生率,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,增强老年患者接受无痛胃镜检查的依从性。

Objective:Explore the effect of whole-course nursing intervention in examination of painless gastroscopy for elderly patients.Methods:100 elderly patients who underwent painless gastroscopy were selected as subjects,and all of them were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)by random number table.The patients of observation group received whole-course nursing on the day of examination,and the patients of control group received routine care.The paramedic recorded the occurrences of adverse reactions of the two groups.And series of incidence rates included cough,nausea,vomiting and tearing,and satisfaction of patients about nursing service and the situation whether patients were willing to receive examination of painless gastroscopy of two groups during examination of gastroscopy were further compared.Results:The occurrence rates of cough,nausea,vomiting and tearing of observation group(2%,6%nausea,4%and 4%)were significantly lower than that of control group(22%,70%nausea,64%and 54%)(x^2=9.47,x^2=43.46,x^2=40.11,x^2=30.35,P<0.01),respectively.And the satisfaction of patients about nursing service of observation group(98%)was significantly higher than that of observation group(75%)(x^2=10.699,P<0.01).Besides,the ratio of patients who will receive painless gastroscopy of observation group(76%)was significantly higher than that of control group(28%)(x^2=23.08,P<0.01).Conclusion:The whole-course nursing intervention of painless gastroscopy for elderly patients can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and enhance the patient's satisfaction about nursing service,and heighten the compliance of elderly patients for painless gastroscopy.Therefore,it's social benefit is remarkable.
