学生干部垂直化管理的实践与探究——以晋城职业技术学院民商系为例

Practice and Exploration on the Vertical Management of the Student Cadres——A Case Study of the Civil and Commercial Department of Jincheng Institute of Technology

新时期对高校学生干部实行科学化、合理化管理与运作,充分发挥学生的"三自"作用已成为高校普遍关注的问题。本文通过对学生干部垂直化管理这一模式的实践与探究,发现其具有增强学生干部服务意识、责任意识、团队意识和提高学生管理有序性等重要价值,确实是一种行之有效的学生干部管理创新模式。

In the new period,it has become a common concern for colleges and universities to carry out the scientific and rational management and operation for the student cadres and give full play to the“threeself”role of the students.Through the practice and exploration on the mode of vertical management of the student cadres,this paper works out that it has the important values of enhancing the student cadres’consciousness of service,responsibility awareness,team awareness and improving the order of student management,which is indeed an effective innovation mode of student cadre management.
