高职院校专业设置与地方产业结构耦合研究——以长沙市为例

Research on the Coupling of Major Setting of Higher Vocational Colleges and the Local Industrial Structure——Taking Changsha as An Example

高职院校专业设置与地方产业发展的耦合性,是衡量学校人才培养质量和办学水平的重要指标。本文对长沙4所职业院校专业结构体系是否匹配区域经济发展、产业转型升级进行了深入研究,尝试探索了促进长沙市职业院校专业设置与产业结构耦合的路径:制定学院发展规划、实施专业动态调整机制、重点打造服务区域重点产业集群,以期为促进高职院校与区域经济协调发展,实现互利共赢提供参考。

The coupling between the major setting of higher vocational colleges and the local industrial development is an important index to measure the quality of talent training and the running level of a school.This paper makes an in-depth study on whether the major structure systems in four vocational colleges in Changsha match the regional economic development and the industrial transformation and upgrading,and it also attempts to explore the ways of how to promote the coupling between the major setting of vocational colleges in Changsha and the industrial structure,which are as follows:formulating the development plan for the colleges,implementing the dynamic adjustment mechanism for the majors,and focusing on creating the key industrial clusters in the service regions,so as to provide reference for promoting the harmonious development of higher vocational colleges and the regional economy and achieving mutual benefit and win-win result.
