品管圈活动降低供应室待灭菌包缺陷的实践应用

The Practice Application of Quality Control Circle Activity to Reduce the Defect of Sterilization Package in the Supply Room

目的探究品管圈活动在供应室降低待灭菌包缺陷中的应用效果。方法消毒供应室在2017年1—12月开展品管圈活动,选取灭菌包共39 764个,选取活动前2016年1—12月的灭菌包共35 864个,对品管圈活动实施前后灭菌包的不合格率进行对比,并分析消毒供应室目前存在的问题。结果品管圈活动前,待灭菌包总数为35 864个,不合格数量为1 972个,不合格率为5.50%;品管圈活动后,待灭菌包总数为39 764个,不合格数量为326个,不合格率为0.82%。两组差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将品管圈活动应用到消毒供应室中,有助于降低待灭菌包的缺陷率。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities on reducing the defect of sterilization package in the supply room.Methods In the disinfection supply room,quality control circle activities were launched from January to December 2017,39 764 sterilizing packages were selected.A total of 35 864 sterilization packages were selected from January to December 2016 before the campaign.The unqualified rate of sterilization packages before and after the campaign was carried out was compared,and the existing problems in the sterilization and supply room were analyzed.Results Before the activity,the total number of sterilized bags was 35 864,the unqualified quantity was 1 972,and the unqualified rate was 5.50%.After the activity of the quality control circle,the total number of sterilized bags was 39 764,and the unqualified quantity was 326,and the unqualified rate was 0.82%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is helpful to reduce the defect rate of sterilization bag by applying the quality control circle activity to the sterilizing supply room.
