PDCA循环与量化考核在医院感染管理中的应用分析

Analysis of PDCA Cycle and Quantitative Assessment in Nosocomial Infection Management

目的研究在医院感染管理中采取量化考核和PDCA循环的效果。方法选择2015年1月—2017年1月诊治的56例住院患者,以随机法进行分组,参照组行常规管理,实验组行量化考核和PDCA循环,比较观察两组差异。结果实验组住院患者医院感染发生率、抗菌药物使用合理性对比参照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论将量化考核和PDCA循环应用于医院感染管理中具有显著的管理作用。

Objective To study the effect of quantitative assessment and PDCA cycle in hospital infection management.Methods A total of 56 inpatients selected for diagnosis and treatment from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomized and grouped.The reference group was administered routinely.The experimental group was subjected to quantitative assessment and PDCA cycle.Comparison was made between the two groups.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection and rational use of antibiotics in the inpatients of the experimental group were compared with those of the reference group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of quantitative assessment and PDCA cycle in the management of nosocomial infection has a significant management effect.
