探讨多层螺旋CT重建后处理技术在骨关节骨折中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT重建后处理技术对于骨关节骨折的诊断价值。方法选取2015年12月—2017年11月本院所收治骨折患者53例,分别对其进行数字X线摄影检查(DR)和多层螺旋CT检查,并在工作站中对CT检查数据进行后处理,对两种方法的诊断结果进行对比分析。结果多重螺旋CT重建后处理技术对于骨关节骨折的总检出率(98.49%)明显高于数字X线摄影(78.79%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT重建后处理技术是一种有效的骨关节骨折诊断方法,可为临床早期诊断提供可靠依据。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction post-processing technique in bone and joint fractures.Methods Fourty-three patients with fractures admitted to our hospital from December 2015 and November 2017 were selected for digital radiography(DR)and multi-slice spiral CT examinations,and CT examination data were processed at the workstations.The results of the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results The total detection rate of severe spiral CT reconstruction post-processing technique for bone and joint fractures(98.49%)was significantly higher than that of digital radiography(78.79%),the difference with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Multislice spiral CT reconstruction post-processing technology is an effective method for diagnosis of bone and joint fractures.It can provide a reliable basis for early clinical diagnosis and is recommended for clinical application.
