湿性敷料治疗皮肤烧伤的应用效果分析与评定

Analysis and Evaluation of the Effect of Applying the Wet Dressing in Treating Skin Burns

目的探讨湿性敷料治疗皮肤烧伤的应用效果。方法根据随机数字表法将2014年1月—2017年12月50例皮肤烧伤患者分成不同组。对照组给予常规换药治疗,观察组则给予湿性敷料治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组皮肤烧伤治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组切口愈合时间、疼痛NRS评分、住院时间、瘢痕评分优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组生活质量、焦虑心理相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组生活质量、焦虑心理优于对照组,P<0.05。结论湿性敷料治疗皮肤烧伤的应用效果确切,可有效加速切口愈合,缩短愈合和住院时间,减轻疼痛,缩小瘢痕,改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of wet dressing on skin burns.Methods According to the random number table method,50 cases of skin burn patients were divided into different groups from January 2014 to December 2017.The control group was given conventional dressings,while the observation group was given wet dressings.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy of skin burn in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05;The wound healing time,pain NRS score,hospitalization time and scar score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.The quality of life and anxiety were similar between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;After treatment,the quality of life and anxiety of the observation group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application effect of wet dressings for treating skin burns is definite,and it can effectively accelerate incision healing,shorten healing time and hospital stay,relieve pain,reduce scars and improve quality of life.
