青白联合术治疗慢性闭角型青光眼合并白内障临床研究

Clinical Study on Modified Qingbai Combined Surgery in the Treatment of Chronic Angle-closure Glaucoma Combined With Cataract

目的探讨改良青白联合手术治疗慢性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果。方法选取88例慢性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者按照随机数字表达法将其分为观察组(n=44)与对照组(n=44),观察组采用改良青白联合手术治疗,对照组采用小梁切除术治疗,观察两组手术治疗效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后视力恢复情况优于对照组,眼压下降程度大于对照组,前房深度改善程度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良青白联合手术治疗慢性闭角型青光眼合并白内障安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Qingbai combined surgery in the treatment of chronic angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract.Methods 88 patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma and cataract were randomly divided into an observation group(n=44)and a reference group(n=44)according to a random number method.The observation group was treated with modified Qingbai combined surgery.The reference group was treated with trabeculectomy,and the therapeutic effect and postoperative complications were observed.Results The visual acuity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the reference group.The decrease of IOP was significantly greater than that of the reference group,and the depth of anterior chamber was significantly greater than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Qingbai combined surgery is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract.
