来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤对类风湿关节炎的应用及疗效评价

Application and Evaluation of Leflunomide Combined With Methotrexate in Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的将来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤联合应用于类风湿关节炎患者的临床治疗中,评价并分析患者的临床疗效。方法此文研究的资料是2016年2月—2018年3月本医院收入且予以治疗的60例类风湿关节炎患者,参考随机法实施分组,甲氨蝶呤治疗用于参照组(30例患者),来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤联合治疗用于实验组(30例患者),研究两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率比参照组患者明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者的不良反应发生率和参照组患者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对类风湿关节炎患者实施来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤联合治疗得到良好临床疗效,且药物不良反应发生比例较低,能够保障患者用药安全性,呈现重要应用价值及意义。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the clinical efficacy of leflunomide combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods From February 2016 to March 2018,60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis received and treated in our hospital were divided intotwo groups with randomized method.Methotrexate was used in the control group(n=30)and leflunomide combined with methotrexate was used in the experimental group(n=30).Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the reference group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment with flumet and methotrexate in patients with rheumatoid arthritis has a good clinical effect and a low incidence of adverse drug reactions,which can guarantee the drug safety of patients.
