孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果

Effect of Montelukast Natrium and Salmeterol Fluticasone in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的评价孟鲁司特钠+沙美特罗替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果。方法选择2017年1月—2018年3月我院收治86例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为观察对象,随机数字表法分为实验组、对照组,对照组实施沙美特罗替卡松治疗,实验组实施孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗,对比两组肺功能、生活质量。结果实验组慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平均优于对照组,生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病,可有效改善肺功能,提升患者生活质量,效果较优。

Objective To evaluate the effect of montelukast sodium plus salmeterol fluticasone on the pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 86 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone while the experimental group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with salmeterol fluticasone.The pulmonary function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with salmeterol and fluticasone in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the pulmonary function and improve the quality of life of patients with better results.
