摘要
目的分析综合保温措施在新生儿开腹手术中的应用价值。方法选取2016年6月—2017年12月于我院行开腹手术的36例新生儿,随机分为两组,各18例。研究组新生儿选择综合保温措施,对照组选常规保温措施,比较临床应用效果。结果研究组新生儿术中体温波动较小(P>0.05);对照组新生儿体温波动较大(P<0.05);研究组新生儿术中不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿开腹手术中应用综合保暖措施疗效显著,安全性佳。
Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive insulation measures in neonatal open surgery.Methods 36 newborns undergoing laparotomy in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected,randomly divided into two groups,18 cases in each group.The study group selected newborns for comprehensive thermal insulation measures,the control group selected routine insulation measures,clinical application effects was compared.Results The study group had small fluctuations in body temperature during surgery(P>0.05);The body temperature of newborns in the control group fluctuates greatly(P<0.05);The incidence of intraoperative adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive warming measures in the open surgery of neonates is effective,safe.
