摘要
目的观察探讨对老年痴呆吞咽障碍患者实施护理干预的临床效果。方法分组观察我科在2017年1月—2018年1月治疗的老年吞咽障碍患者100例,采用随机的方法分成观察组和对照组,观察组和对照组各50例,观察组实施综合护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比分析两组护理后的临床效果。结果行综合护理的观察组效果优于行常规护理的对照组,P<0.05。结论对老年痴呆吞咽障碍患者实施综合护理,效果确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention on senile dementia patients with dysphagia.Methods 100 elderly patients with dysphagia treated in our department from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into observation group and control group randomly,each group with 50 cases.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.Results The effect of comprehensive nursing in observation group was better than that of routine nursing in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with dysphagia of senile dementia is effective.
