急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果分析

Analysis of Rehabilitation Effect of Emergency Nursing Intervention on Patients After Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

目的研究急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果。方法选取在我院急救中心抢救的心肺复苏患者76例,选取时间为2017年3月—2018年3月,根据对患者实施护理的不同,将患者分为两组,对照组患者接受常规护理干预,实验组患者接受急诊护理干预。结果护理后,实验组患者的护理总有效率为97.37%,与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为7.89%,与对照组患者的不良反应发生率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的动脉血压、心率和焦虑抑郁评分,与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受心肺复苏的患者实施急诊护理干预,能够减少不良反应的发生,促进患者康复。

Objective To study the rehabilitation effect of emergency nursing intervention on patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods Seventy-six patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation were enrolled in the emergency center of our hospital.The time was from March 2017 to March 2018.According to the different nursing care,patients were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine care.Patients in the experimental group were given emergency care intervention.Results After nursing,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.37%,which was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.89%,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The arterial blood pressure,heart rate,anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing intervention for patients undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
